Welcome to a dynamic, interactive website provided by the California Affordable Housing Institute to serve as a one-stop-shop for housing information to serve persons with developmental disabilities. Services and information provided by CAAHI are without charge until June 2008 thanks to a grant from the Dept. of Developmental Services.

You can use this website as a search engine to find housing resources and information, statistical reports, funding resources and view existing housing developments that serve persons with developmental disabilities such as autism, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, and severe mental retardation.

CAAHI strives to create a virtual community via this website and connect you with groups throughout California that are providing innovative housing opportunities for persons with developmental disabilities.
