Session 1: Housing Development 101 |

This one-day training is designed for persons who seek an
overview of the affordable housing development process. It will look
at the stages of development from conception to completion. It will
discuss criteria used to determine project feasibility, selection of
development team members, project approvals, components of feasibility
analysis, project timing and management development risks. The fee
for this training is $25.00.

served.
